This CLE explores the planned implementation of Measure 91
legalizing the recreational use of marijuana, the general scheme for the
regulation of recreational and medical marijuana producers and distributors,
and how to advise Oregon businesses in both the recreational and medical
marijuana market. Speakers include - Bear Wilner-Nugent, Leland Berger
and David Kopilak - the legal practitioners involved in the drafting of
Measure 91 and who have experience advising businesses participating in this
