State Bar; Ellen Klem, Oregon Department of Justice; and Multnomah
County Circuit Court Judge Katherine Tennyson, will present this CLE on
the new Elder Abuse reporting requirement for attorneys, which takes effect on
January 1, 2015. This program is intended to inform lawyers of their
legal responsibilities as mandatory reporters, while maintaining their ethical
obligations to clients.
